I am welcoming myself back into blogging and project making after my prolonged break since my little Maria arrived. She has been keeping me busy!
In my creative space this week I would like to show you a rag rug I made out of my hubby’s old t-shirts. I always wanted to make something like that, so I googled a tutorial, cut up 7 shirts, bought a 12mm crochet hook and got into it.
It was a very quick project and I’m very happy with the result. The rug is about the size of a door/bath mat and I may potentially use it as such.
The best thing about this project is that it takes old unwanted t-shirts and makes them into a usable item. If you would like to make one yourself you might find these tutorials useful:
