blogtoberfest 2010 - day 5 - keepcup

I love coffee. I drink it every day. I never realised though that the paper cups I bought coffee in could take up to 50 years to bio-degrade. Most paper cups can not even be recycled due to the plastic lining on the inside.

What is the solution? KeepCup of course. KeepCup is a reusable coffee cup that fits standard coffee cup sizes. I bought a small size in this colour:

I love it! It is environmentally friendly, stylish, lightweight, great quality, cleans well and doesn't stain, doesn't burn your hand, and is just great!

For those who drink coffee and are concerned about our ever increasing landfill I would recommend to get one of these. As a bonus, the shipping cost for 2 is the same as for one, so why not get one for yourself and gift another one to a friend?

If you would like to read more or buy one go to the KeepCup website. There are three sizes and lots of colour combinations to choose from. Plus, it is Australian designed and manufactured! :)

  1. KeepCups are the best. I love all the different colour combinations that you can get as well as how good for the environment they are.
