Last Saturday I had a girls day. Gret, Ros, my mum-in-law Lyn, my aunty-in-law Irene and myself went to the Stitches & Craft show in Sydney. We had a wonderful time.

I bought some lovely fabric from Ink&Spindle, a wash-off pen for transferring embroidery designs onto fabric, and a cute printed fabric piece of a skipping girl. I also went to the "embroidery bar" where I started to embroider the "Librarian" design provided by Sublime Stitching.I also got these cute and simple embroidery panels.

One of the highlights of my day was meeting Pauline from Funky Friends Factory. I made a number of toys from her patterns and it was very nice to meet her in person. I also added her newest Giraffe pattern to my collection, which I can't wait to make.

I had a great day and I can't wait to make use of the goodies that I got.
